OK so over the weekend I went to Michael's & got a few things to help me make some more stick pins. I got some beads & some bead caps. I also some more pins but not really happy with them so I'll just use the ones I already have, until an idea came to me but more about that later
Beads are earth tone colors, sliver leaf bead caps which are a little big but I think I've made them work for my project. Once again to hold everything together I used glossy accents. So easy& fun to make.
As for the charm well I already had most of the items from my last shopping trip but I didn't have the beads nor did I have the other stick pins so I remembered that you could twist the ends to make a loop, add a jump to the loop & add it to my charm. So I gave it a shot with the stick pins that I wanted to take make & it worked really well.
I used a Tim Holtz swivel clasp, a jump ring then a crown add some rings to the crown then add some charms them & to those jumps I add a other jump ring then a washier to the washer I added the bead charms with their jump rings. Funny thing is that when I took the photo of the charm & laid it flat it looked like a person to me lol, didn't mean for that happen but it looks really cool to me.
A other thing that I haven't tried before & I amsure I may do it again. Really happy with how stick pins & the charm turned out.
Here are some photo & video of both projects as always thanks for reading & watching bye for now Eileen.
